Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Process:
Email vitofalls1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions, including the return address.
Pack items securely and include your order confirmation or packing slip.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
Exchanges: To exchange for a different size or color, follow the same return steps and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend doing this promptly to ensure availability.
